Our latest release, the Ancient Lands Finger Lime Gin. It’s something truly special.

Our brand, Ancient Lands is all about showcasing the incredible native botanicals we have right here in the Northern Territory. We’re not just making award winning gins; we’re telling a story and showcasing the unique flavours of the Territory & this gin’s story starts with Brendan’s finger lime farm out in Berry Springs.  As far as we are aware, it’s the only commercial finger lime farm in the NT? That’s pretty cool, right? We’re taking those unique finger limes and combining them with the same dedication we put into our other amazing products.

Now, let’s talk about the taste. The star of the show here is, of course, the finger lime. Imagine biting into a lime, but then you get this really interesting, slightly bitter twist, almost like kaffir lime. That’s the finger lime for you. And when you taste the finger lime in the gin, its funny but its like you get a burst in a drink, it’s like a tiny explosion of flavour.

Of course, we’ve got all the classic gin botanicals in there too. You’ll get that solid juniper base from our Macadonia juniper, those lovely citrus and spice notes from the coriander, and that earthy depth from the angelica. But what really makes this gin stand out is the way all the botanicals work together. We’ve got ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, fennel – all adding layers of warm, aromatic spice. Then we’ve got the floral sweetness from elderflower and hibiscus, and those subtle chocolate and nutty hints from the cacao nibs. And don’t forget the bright zest from the orange!

We’ve really loaded this gin up with botanicals. It’s a robust gin, with a big, bold flavour.   I really hope you enjoy.
